Prohibited use
Do not use OpenWaya to break the law; exploit or harm people; distribute malware; compromise systems; evade safeguards; conduct fraud, spam, credential theft, or deceptive impersonation; or infringe privacy and intellectual-property rights.
Do not resell access deceptively, probe another tenant, scrape private interfaces, interfere with platform operation, or submit data you lack authority to process.
High-impact use
Applications involving health, law, finance, employment, education, housing, public benefits, critical infrastructure, or physical safety require qualified human oversight, appropriate testing, transparency, and compliance with applicable law.
OpenWaya may investigate, rate-limit, block, or suspend activity when necessary to protect users and infrastructure. Report suspected abuse to support@openwaya.africa.
