OpenWaya legal

Subprocessors

The service categories that can process data while delivering OpenWaya, with changes governed through the admin register.

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-09-11

Current service categories

OpenWaya uses AWS for hosting, storage, monitoring, email, and Bedrock; Clerk for identity; IPinfo and Frankfurter for location and exchange-rate signals; and Vonage for configured messaging.

Model processing can use Anthropic, Fireworks AI, Google, Groq, OpenAI, Together AI, or AWS Bedrock. Payments can use Flutterwave, Paystack, PayPal, or Stripe according to country, currency, method, and administrator policy.

Governance and changes

The administrator-owned privacy operations register records purpose, data category, processing path, region, evidence, approval state, and transfer decision for each service. A provider cannot be treated as production-approved merely because credentials exist.

Material additions will be disclosed here before production use where required. Questions or objections can be sent to support@openwaya.africa.

These launch documents are versioned platform information. Contact support@openwaya.africa for a negotiated agreement or jurisdiction-specific requirement.
